Rick joined the Nabell Winslow team in January 2025 from MassMutual, where he was a part of MassMutual Carolinas' leadership team. He oversaw the firm's Wilmington office and was responsible for recruiting, training, and retaining financial professionals and advisors. Rick began his career in the financial services industry in 2006 with Mutual of Omaha where he served as an advisor and then district sales manager.
Originally from Long Island, NY, Rick graduated from SUNY Farmingdale University with a degree in Advertising Art and Design. Rick is a former president of the Wilmington Chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, and volunteers with The Honor Foundation. In his spare time, he enjoys being a hip-hop historian, DJ, dancer, and honing his graphic arts skills. Rick, his wife, two kids, and dog reside in Wilmington.
